Project Manager – Customer Success
At Glamox, we believe that great lighting creates safer, more productive, and more comfortable workplaces. To help deliver on that promise, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our Customer Success Team.
In this role, you will coordinate major project deliveries of lighting products and documentation from our factories in the Division. You will serve as the single point of contact towards our sales divisions, ensuring smooth communication, collaboration, and project execution.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Coordinate project deliveries, ensuring timely delivery of products, documentation, and logistics solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Customer Success Team and the sales divisions.
- Manage project timelines, priorities, and resources from order to delivery.
- Work closely with our factories and internal teams to solve challenges and ensure high-quality project execution.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to support successful project outcomes.
- Preparation of project status overviews, organizing and moderating meetings required for follow up.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field.
- Experience in project management is an advantage but not a requirement.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management tools and comfortable with digital workflows.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
